USGS Water Resources of Pennsylvania

We are located in State College, PA, on the 4th and 5th floors of the Rider II building, which we share with the State College National Weather Service Forecast Office (CTP), and part of the Penn State Meteorology Department."

 
Watershed Information Network

"Roadmap to information and services for protecting and restoring water resources." This EPA site covers topics from "What is a watershed?" through starting a watershed team, sources for technical and hands-on assistance, to basic laws relating to water and watersheds.

The Chesapeake Bay Program

"The Chesapeake Bay Program is the unique regional partnership that's been directing and conducting the restoration of the Chesapeake Bay since the signing of the historic 1983 Chesapeake Bay Agreement. The Chesapeake Bay Program partners include the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia; the District of Columbia; the Chesapeake Bay Commission, a tri-state legislative body; the Environmental Protection Agency, representing the federal government; and participating advisory groups."
